Responsibilities:
- Efficient preparation of correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing
- Meticulous administration of client files, including electronic filing, file opening, and retrieval
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the assigned fee earner
- Responsive client interaction, both in person and over the phone
- Timely dictation upkeep, with proactive communication if outside agreed timescales
- Proficient use of IT systems
- Accurate entry and upload of financial information on the case management system
- General support and assistance within the department
